In order to achieve its higher education and research and development goals, the Óbuda University established a Székesfehérvár Science and Innovation Park (SZTIP) in a consortium with the County Municipality of Székesfehérvár and mainly, but not exclusively, with the cooperation of local and regional economic actors, expanded and supplemented by the Óbuda University University presence in the city and region. The University intends to operate the Science and Innovation Park under the supervision of the Technical Faculty of Alba Regia.
The Science, Innovation and Technology Park, a Hungarian model based on local features, university competencies and corporate innovation, combines the best development opportunities with domestic industrial traditions and business solutions.
SZTIP aims to create an innovation ecosystem where innovation organization, technology transfer, development, incubation, dual training and industrial production can be realized with the involvement of as many professional and market players as possible.
